Order pizza on Facebook

Stop what you’re doing you can now order pizza in Facebook. The brand is teaming up with a host of food delivery services that will let you order food for delivery or pick up, straight from the app. The service is available for iOS, Android and desktop. Brands involved at launch include Papa Johns, Five Guys, Papa John’s and Chipotle.

Stories for brands

In an attempt to try and salvage the underused stories feature, Facebook is now opening it up for brands to use. It will no doubt increase engagement with the feature even though it will come at the expense of annoyance. It will be interesting to see what brands do.

LinkedIn video ads (finally)

It was announced that this week that LinkedIn is running a closed test for sponsored content featuring video “with a limited number of advertisers. ”These new video ads will initially debut on mobile, with desktop to be added “in the near future.”
