The development and distribution of news content in real estate has been revolutionised by the web and digital media. JLL recognized the need for change and approached Text100 to create a high-impact standalone global ‘brand journalism’ news site.
A robust discovery phase shaped the fundamental aspects of the entire website including the creative, content, technology and CRM strategy.
Ahead of all competitors, JLL were the first real estate firm to launch such a site and showcase thought-leadership to clients, prospects and the industry in a truly different and innovative way. Real Views has since won the 2016 Content Marketing Award for Best Overall Editorial — Digital.
JLL worked with our Australian team to launch Real Views in May 2015 – the first branded journalism website of its kind. Post launch, JLL dominated the share of voice globally; mentions on Twitter increased by 28% and traditional news increased by 66%.
