Vicki Butcher - Director, Global Client Service
Vicki Butcher specializes in the development and execution of key account management strategies and programs focusing in particular on international and global clients. Her most recent consulting engagements have focused on helping clients develop and evolve their international communications models. Companies she has worked with in the past year include Xerox, Fujifilm and Philips Semiconductor.
Vicki joined Text 100 in South Africa in 1997 to establish and manage the company's Cape Town office. Taking responsibility for the Johannesburg operation in 1998, she successfully doubled the size of that business over the next three years, adding companies such as Cisco and Motorola to the client roster.
Promoted to EMEA Area Vice President in 2001, Vicki then added Text 100 Germany, Italy and Spain to her purview and in that capacity took responsibility for developing and driving a number of strategic regional initiatives, including utilization and change management, designed specifically to help senior managers work through the bursting of the dot-com bubble.
Vicki's passion and success developing client relationships were recognized in 2004, when she was appointed to Global Client Service Director. In this capacity, she sits on Text 100's Executive Leadership Team with responsibility for enhancing the experience clients have working with the company. Since her appointment, Vicki has transformed the company's approach to client service, putting shared agenda-based key account management at the core of her thinking. She is also responsible for several supporting programs including the company's Total Client Experience quality and experience management approach and its annual global satisfaction survey.
Prior to joining Text 100, Vicki ran her own technology specialist consultancy in the U.K., working with leading brands such as Nikon Electronic Imaging, Fujifilm and Mitsubishi.
She holds a bachelor's degree in French from the University of Reading, England.
