SHANGHAI - Text 100 International, a global
technology public relations consultancy, has established a branch office in
Shanghai, China’s largest international business and trade market. The
office builds on the company’s existing presence, Text 100 Consulting
Services, a wholly-owned foreign entity in Beijing.
The office opens with ARM as its foundation client. ARM is a key player in
the global semiconductor industry and has also appointed Text 100 as its PR
agency in Japan.
“The opening of our Shanghai office demonstrates Text 100’s ongoing commitment to serving the needs of clients in emerging markets,” says Aedhmar Hynes, CEO of Text 100 International. “Shanghai was a natural next step in our plans for China. Demand for our services in this city continues to exceed expectations. In addition to ARM’s appointment, our local team has completed a number of projects in Shanghai over the last six months.”
Text 100 Shanghai will be led by account director, William Li, who is responsible
for the day-to-day management of the office and its clients. He will be supported
by account manager, Joyce Xu, a local Chinese national with four years international
agency experience across a wide range of industry practices. And Simon Craddock,
Text 100’s Vice President for Client Service in Asia Pacific has also
relocated from Tokyo to Shanghai. Additional hires are expected this year.
