Text 100 APAC Ramps up Senior Talent in New Management Strategy
Text 100 APAC Unveils New Structure for New Financial Year

Sydney, Australia - 18 July, 2007 — Text 100 APAC has announced a new management strategy to support its year on year success. Currently tracking to achieve a 20 per cent growth in revenue compared to last financial year, Text 100 APAC is looking at FY08 as the year of opportunity.

The new structure for the region will see Regional Client Director, Ava Lawler, relocate from Sydney to Shanghai as of 1 August 2007. Shanghai is one of the most strategic markets for Text 100 globally and is fast becoming the centre of gravity for Asia, where more and more multinational corporations are setting up regional headquarters. While operating from Shanghai, Lawler will continue to focus on key markets across Asia including India, China, and ANZ.

In support of her move to Shanghai, starting in the new fiscal year both Rowan Benecke and Anne Costello will take on focused responsibilities for geographical regions within APAC. This new APAC management strategy will be in place as of 1 August 2007 for the year ahead.

Adding to his roles of Sales and Marketing Director and Head of Practices for APAC, Senior Vice President, Benecke will assume responsibility for Text 100 North Asia and will continue to report directly to Lawler. This role is focused on growing Text 100's Japanese business whilst also nurturing Text 100's North Asian licensed partners.

Anne Costello, Client Services Director for APAC has been promoted to Senior Vice President and will take up responsibility for Text 100 South East Asia. She will also continue to report directly to Lawler, and will focus on growing the agency's South East Asian businesses and support and foster Text 100's relationships with relevant affiliate partners in the region.

"This new management strategy will deliver an individual focus for each of our managing consultants in all 13 locations in APAC," said Ava Lawler. "This will build on the strength and success that Text 100 has already delivered, as we look forward to another year of great success."
