Text 100 and Xerox Win PRSA's Silver Anvil Award in the Marketing Business to Business Category

Rochester, NY, August 2, 2007 — Text 100, a leading global technology public relations firm, and Xerox Corporation have been honored with a Silver Anvil Award from the Public Relations Society of America. Text 100 and Xerox received the award for an integrated campaign promoting Xerox's transformation from a hardware vendor to a trusted business advisor.

The Silver Anvil Awards were created by PRSA to recognize outstanding public relations programs, and are widely regarded as the top award in the industry. This year's award comes on the heels of other recent successes for the Text 100 and Xerox team, including the "Best Corporate Partnership" in the 2007 PRNews Nonprofit Awards.

"This award is another terrific milestone in what has become a great long-standing relationship with Xerox," said Aedhmar Hynes, CEO, Text 100. "It is testament to this hardworking team that PRSA has recognized them for their creativity and outstanding results. We look forward to sharing many more successes with Xerox as we continue to develop our relationship."

After battling for six years to create awareness of its consulting services amidst the looming legacy of Xerox as a "copier company," last year's PR program successfully positioned Xerox as a trusted advisor in the document management and consulting services business. Critical elements of the program included a focus on enhanced services offerings, acquisition, customer announcements and thought leadership initiatives.

"This award is evidence that the public and industry are hearing our message; Xerox is a company dedicated to serving its customers through a range of services," said Carl Langsenkamp, director, World Wide Strategic Public Relations, Xerox Corporation . "Public relations efforts, such as the use of peer media and our Security Summit series, helped the team deliver outstanding results."

Xerox and Text 100 also took home a Silver Anvil Award of Excellence in the Community Relations-Business Services category for the Let's Say Thanks campaign, a free and easy way for the public to thank U.S. troops serving overseas by accessing www.letssaythanks.com. Both awards were presented at a gala ceremony in New York.
