New Delhi, 3rd September, 2004: Text Hundred India today announced that DNV (DET NORSKE VERITAS), the world’s leading provider of accredited management system certification has awarded the company with India’s first CMS (Consultancy Management Standard) certification. DNV conducted the CMS II Rev-4 certification audit across Text Hundred’s India operations.

Today, CMS is a clear differentiator for Text Hundred India allowing us to provide clients with a range of assurances on quality, delivery, professionalism and performance. The CMS certification is based on global standards that have been set by the Public Relations Consultants Association (PRCA) in the U.K. in consultation with DNV and supported by the Indian arm PRCAI.

The PRCAI recommended this audit to prove once and for all that Indian Public Relations consultancies and professionals are adhering to the same worldwide standards and quality criteria." said, Ms. Jayanti Ghosh, Secretary, PRCAI.

The certification involved a rigorous audit of ensuring robust, transparent and consistent business processes in all areas of the company’s operations. Areas that were evaluated include; leadership and communication, business planning and risk evaluation, new business development, campaign management, people management and financial planning and reporting.

“Our audit revealed that Text Hundred India was in line with the criteria laid down in the Consultancy Management Standard. We have therefore recommended them for certification to PRCA.” said, DNV.
