Holmes Report study shows Text 100 as #1 firm among technology PR firms
SAN FRANCISCO - January 7, 2002-Text 100 International, one of the largest global independent technology public relations consultancies in the world, today announced it has been selected as Employer of Choice in the "Technology PR Specialists" category. In a recent nationwide survey by PR industry newsletter The Holmes Report, PR professionals were asked which firm they would most like to work for if they were to leave their current agency. Text 100, in its first-ever appearance on the Holmes Report list, came out on top, ahead of industry rivals Brodeur Worldwide and Applied Communications.
This selection rounds out a banner year for Text 100. Other significant achievements in 2001 include the acquisition of a key portion of IBM's global PR and the continued offering of one of the best benefit packages in the industry including 4 weeks vacation in the first year of employment, 10 paid holidays and two additional discretionary days off with pay.
"Our clients benefit from our continued investment in the company's core assets - our people. This distinction is an affirmation of that investment," said Aedhmar Hynes, CEO, Text 100 International. "Because our staff are satisfied and enjoy a consistent global culture due to our 20-year history of organic growth, our clients get the highest quality, most consistent service and better results in every one of our offices worldwide."
In order to support its mission of being the most respected global technology PR consultancy in the world, Text 100 continues to stand behind its seven People Principles which are: We respect the individual, we are all on the same side, we take responsibility, we exceed expectations, we deliver on our promise, we liberate potential, and we dare.
