Text 100 to Increase Nordic Exposure for Kodak

STOCKHOLM - May 15th, 2001 - Kodak has selected Text 100 as their new PR agency in the Nordic region. Text 100 Sweden will act as the lead agency with responsibility to ensure consistency in messaging and timing across the region.

"We evaluated five agencies in a three way pitch prior to selecting Text 100," says Claus Olsen, Nordic Marketing Director at Kodak. "In the final round the agencies had to present a real life case study, which is a good way for us to get better insight in their methodology and creativity."

The account will be led by Account Director Axel Lagerbielke, involving a team of four and including strategic communications consultancy as well as tactical implementation of various PR activities.

"Together with Text 100 we will give further clarity to our business offering," says Camilla Sjöström, Nordisk PR Manager at Kodak. "Most people are well aware of our more traditional photo products such as film and cameras. In fact, few people know about our digital products and solutions and that we are driving a lot of the technological development within various segments, such as digital radiology systems and professional photo equipment."
