LONDON - Oct. 23, 2000 - Text 100 Group plc (London Stock Exchange: TXG.L), which today announced it is changing its name to OneMonday Group plc, has also announced that its largest brand, Text 100 International has appointed Aedhmar Hynes to the position of CEO and Ian Taylor MP as chairman. Hynes, who was formerly regional director of Text 100's North American operations, will report directly to Tim Dyson, CEO of the OneMonday Group and former CEO of Text 100 International.

As CEO of Text 100 International, Hynes will take the helm of the $33 million public relations consultancy, overseeing its 23 offices worldwide. The company's phenomenal growth and success since its inception in 1981 have established it as one of the largest independent technology public relations firms in the world.

"Since taking the role of regional director of Text 100's North American operations, Aedhmar has played an integral part in growing the business and establishing Text 100, as a major force in the North American high tech PR market in just five years," said Tim Dyson, CEO of OneMonday. The appointments of Hynes and Taylor are part of the company's overall decision to form a new Text 100 International board, which is distinctly separate from what was formally the Text 100 Group plc board structure. Carlo Crighton who is Text 100's regional director of EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and Matthew Ravden, regional director of APAC (Asia Pacific) will also sit on Text 100 International's board to underlie the company's global focus. Tim Dyson will also sit on the Text 100 board.

Taylor has been a non-executive director of Text 100 Group plc for more than a year and will retain this position following its renaming to OneMonday Group plc. Taylor is Conservative MP for Esher & Walton Minister for Science & Technology at the DTI 1994-97, Parliamentary Private Secretary at the Foreign Office, Cabinet Office and Health Departments 1989-94. He is currently a member of the Science & Technology Select Committee; the Data Protection Registrar's Advisory Committee; on the Council of the Parliamentary Group for Engineering and of the Parliamentary Information and Technology Committee; and a director of the European Informatics Market.

Hynes has worked with Text 100 for more than 10 years and most recently held the position of regional director of Text 100's North American operations and board director of the Group company. Since moving to the United States in 1997 from Europe, she has been responsible for the development of its five North American offices and for establishing the region as the main growth engine within the worldwide agency. Hynes also acts as a senior public relations consultant to many of Text 100's clients in the U.S. market place, including Excite@home and Xerox.
