I have two main responsibilities.
The first is to help our PR people consult more effectively by developing new and existing consultancy services and approaches.
The second part of my job is to promote the highest performance from our talent worldwide through training, HR systems, people management approaches and employee communications. I do some senior level consultancy to key clients and help our local teams with business advice, new business pitching and team mentoring.
I’ve worked for Text 100 in offices across the globe for over 18 years and every day I’m still energized and inspired by the members of our team and the clients we work for.
