Although I don’t have all the details yet, I hear the event in New York last night was a big success, and that some of the attendees who were concerned they might not make it due to inclimate weather and bad traffic (winds up to 68 mph!!) were able to make it to rub elbows and talk peer media.
Again, I want to extend a warm thanks to our panelists, whose support made this event possible – Joe Trippi, (who braved a many hours train ride from the event in Boston to the NY event on the same day) and Chris Barger. And a nod of appreciation goes also to Adam Yates of Fujifilm, who allowed us to profile the Fujifilm’s Captain’s Blog for use at these events and for distribution in our newsletter.
Podcasts for both events are on the way.
We are still working towards the Seattle event with Robert Scoble and Shel Israel on February 22nd, and have just finalized the date for our event in San Francisco featuring Oren Michel, Mitch Ratcliffe and Joe Trippi. That event will take place at the Garden Court Hotel in Palo Alto on February 23rd from 6:30-8:30 pm.
Again, thanks to all who spoke and all who attended.
